About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our footprint across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
In this role, you will identify high-value project opportunities, cultivate lasting client relationships, and promote our product portfolio to key decision-makers in the Data Centre, Commercial Building, and M&E industries.
Job Description
- Drive new business and market development across Malaysia and SEA.
- Build and manage relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, distributors, integrators, and end-users.
- Secure projects from design/specification stage through to execution.
- Promote products via meetings, presentations, and industry events.
- Oversee specifications, submissions, and custom client requirements.
- Partner with Sales and Technical teams to convert leads and drive growth.
- Expand distributor and partner networks regionally.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to uncover fresh opportunities.
Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business or related fields.

Experience in Business Development, Project Sales, or a related field.

Experience in industrial valves and M&E, building services, waterworks, data centre
or related industries will be an advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
