This Business Development Manager role is for an experienced and driven sales professional ready to excel in the digital marketing sector. Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect through self-sourced and company-provided leads to acquire new clients
• Engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions
• Present, negotiate, and close deals with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth
• Nurture relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience and consistent account management for up to 12 months post-sale
• Conduct in-depth reviews to identify opportunities for growth, boosting client ROI and delivering long-term success

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales)
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections
• Excellent presentation skills—both verbal and written
• A full UK driving license is required with no more than 6 points
