This role involves leading and overseeing sourcing operations for the CVCE business, focusing on customer service, team management, and strategic relationship building. It suits a business development professional who can drive sales performance, ensure compliance, and maintain high-quality sourcing activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee sourcing operations for the CVCE business at the location level
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention
• Manage and drive the performance of frontline sales and business development teams
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, dealers, corporate DSAs, and partners
• Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies
• Maintain high standards of quality in sourcing activities
• Promote and ensure cross-selling of liability products and Third-Party Protection (TPP)
• Oversee collection management to optimize receivables and reduce delinquencies
• On-board dealers and DSAs to source more business
• Evaluate proposals and structure finance for respective products across the state
• Drive profitability in the state by monitoring key profitability metrics
• Conduct financial analysis of clients and markets, identifying and optimizing identified risks
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep a high activity level in the state
• Grow the business and meet monthly revenue targets

Requirements

• Graduate or MBA
• Minimum 7 years of experience
• Maximum 8 years of experience
