About This Role

This Business Development Manager role in Bologna is a commercial position focused on growth within ALTEN Italy. Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities with acquired and prospective clients
• Gather requirements, negotiate, and offer consulting services
• Participate in drafting commercial offers
• Recruit technical profiles
• Create and manage your own team of consultants
• Manage the financial aspects of your Business Unit

Requirements

• Master's degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or equivalent
• Approximately 1 year of previous experience, preferably in Sales, Business Development, or as a consultant
• Excellent knowledge of English (B2/C1)
• Knowledge of fundamental principles of information security and personal data protection, applying company policies for the correct management of confidential information and sensitive data
• Ability to recognize and report risks, anomalies, or possible security and privacy incidents according to internal procedures
