Our client has spent 50+ years as a pioneer in urology — inventing the world's first extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) system and building a strong endourology franchise of lasers, scopes, stents, and stone-management devices. Now, they are expanding beyond urology with a low intensity shock wave therapy (Li-ESWT) platform — a drug-free, non-invasive device that stimulates tissue healing across orthopedics, sports medicine, physical therapy, chiropractic, and urology (ED, CPPS, Peyronie's). This marks their first major move into markets beyond its traditional endourology base.

The Ideal Candidate Is
- A proven market-builder, not a territory manager- someone with 5+ years of capital equipment/medical device sales who has launched a product or opened a new market from zero, and can run a full sales cycle (discovery, financial justification, negotiation, close).
- Commercially versatile across channels and stakeholders — comfortable balancing direct selling with distributor identification/management, and equally credible with a urologist in the OR, a physical therapist in clinic, and a hospital C-suite exec.
- Clinically credible and mission-driven — genuinely believes in the technology, builds trust through real clinical knowledge and brings the discipline to manage a complex pipeline while doing the right thing without oversight.
