Business Development and Marketing Senior Officer / Officer

About This Role

This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, expanding distribution channels, and executing marketing initiatives to strengthen the Panasonic brand and achieve sustainable sales growth. The Business Development and Marketing Senior Executive / Executive is responsible for driving business growth and increasing market share for Panasonic's Plug & Switch product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales growth and market expansion for the Plug & Switch product category by managing the sales and marketing budget allocation for Push-Pull activities by architecture, interior designer, and developer
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architecture, interior designer, and developer
• Create customer demand with the project sale team by pre-specification through architecture, interior designer, and developer
• Organize customer visits for sales activity and contribute to customer relationship management
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Organize Electrical Construction Material Shop displays, including product displays and props setting
• Support marketing activities for architecture, interior designer, and developer or electrical construction material shop

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer, Business Administration or Marketing or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years in business development, sales, or marketing in electrical products, wiring devices, construction materials, or related industries
• Experience managing architecture, interior designer, and developer
• Willingness to travel domestically for customer visits and business development activities
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, channel development, and business planning
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Good communication in English
• Good computer skill in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, etc. with analytical skills, detail oriented
• Have own car with driving license
