Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Cutover Manager to lead business readiness and production cutover activities for enterprise transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end cutover plans.
- Coordinate business and technical teams during deployment.
- Identify and mitigate cutover risks.
- Lead go-live activities and command center support.
- Manage stakeholder communications.
- Ensure successful transition to business operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project delivery experience.
- Strong experience managing ERP or large transformation cutovers.
- Experience with project methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong planning and risk management experience.
