Role: Business Change Governance Lead – PayDoc / HealthEdge HRP
Location: New York, NY(Hybrid)
Experience: 10+ years
Role Summary:
The resource will work across Healthfirst Business Operations, IT, Systems, and Release Management to establish governance and operational controls for business-driven configuration changes in HealthEdge HRP. This includes changes involving claims configuration, coding, payment rules, provider setup, and other production-impacting business updates.
Key requirements:

Healthcare payer and claims operations experience

HealthEdge HRP experience (nice to have)

Business process design and governance

Change and configuration management

Ability to define intake, impact assessment, approvals, testing, implementation, documentation, and audit controls

Strong stakeholder management across business and IT

ServiceNow, Jira, process mapping, and release/change management exposure

Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
