Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for S2P processes.
  • Work closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • Analyze and optimize Source-to-Pay processes, including Procurement, Purchasing,
  • Vendor Management, and Invoice Processing.
  • Configure and support ServiceNow modules related to procurement and workflow automation.
  • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement
  • Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Support UAT planning, test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.
  • Provide post-implementation support and documentation.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P)/Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
  • Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow Procurement Operations or related modules.
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
  • ServiceNow certification is an added advantage.
  • Domain experience in Procurement or Supply Chain is preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
