About the role
We are looking for an experiencedBusiness Analyst (Private Banking). In this role, you will lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful implementation.
- Define, maintain, and monitor project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths to stay on schedule.
- Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control, escalating as needed through governance channels.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business, technology, operations, and third parties to maintain alignment.
- Oversee project governance, including status reporting, decision logs, and coordination across workstreams, while managing budget and resources to meet company's control standards.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience delivering complex projects in regulated environments, preferably within financial services.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on delivery.
- Experience leading complex transformation programs across front-to-back MSS processes such as Product, Operations, Technology, and Risk/Controls.
- Proven track record of delivering business, regulatory, and technology changes with a clear understanding of operating model impacts.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage priorities, and drive decisions quickly, with strong risk and control awareness.
