About This Role

As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and its alignment with technological solutions. The professional spends time identifying the needs and expectations of customers, envisioning improved future states or business solutions, and conducting detailed research to collect and integrate relevant information.

Responsibilities

• Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology
• Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution
• Research, gather and synthesize information
• Be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform
• Be responsible for team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
• Lead efforts to align business processes with technological capabilities to enhance overall efficiency
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and consensus on project objectives
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth

Requirements

• Proficiency in SAP EWM
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes
• Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience in gathering and synthesizing complex information to support decision-making
• Ability to design and document business solutions that integrate technology and process improvements
• Skilled in facilitating collaboration across multiple teams to achieve project goals
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM
• 15 years full time education is required
