Position Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support digital product delivery by translating business needs into well-defined user stories, functional requirements, and actionable deliverables for Agile development teams. This role partners closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Developers, and business stakeholders to ensure product requirements are clearly documented, prioritized, and ready for implementation.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting customer-facing digital products, managing Agile backlogs, and bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Document business processes, workflows, business rules, decision logic, dependencies, and exception scenarios
• Create process flows, workflow diagrams, and supporting documentation
• Identify business risks, assumptions, gaps, and cross-team dependencies
• Support backlog refinement, grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning activities
• Ensure user stories meet Definition of Ready (DoR) before development begins
• Collaborate with Developers, QA, UX Designers, Architects, and Product Managers throughout the SDLC
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate delivered functionality, and coordinate business signoffs
• Track defects, clarify requirements during development, and ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for business analysis and product delivery processes

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting software, digital, or technology initiatives
• Experience supporting customer-facing web, mobile, or digital products
• Strong experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
• Experience managing Agile product backlogs
• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills
• Experience using Jira, Aha!, and Figma
