About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support large-scale child welfare and human services technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in requirements analysis, business process modeling, data analysis, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , along with experience working on government or public-sector technology projects.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in government, public-sector, or large enterprise technology projects.
- Strong experience in business process modeling and requirements analysis .
- Hands-on experience with BPMN/workflow modeling .
- Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and UAT .
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience creating business and functional requirements and RTMs.
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
- Experience with child welfare, social services, human services, or government information systems .
- Experience supporting state or federal projects .
- Familiarity with CCWIS, child welfare case management, or similar systems .
- Experience working with government program/project teams.
