About the role
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and perform Retail Banking system requirement analysis, design and testing to determine best process solutions
- Communicate with business units for the most effective and efficient solutions
- Develop the testing cases, execute test cases in UAT environment and analyze test results
- Identify and document test defects, track resolutions and provide feedback to the development team
- Management processes to ensure successful implementation of the projects and perform health check after the program implement
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience with solid business knowledge in banking industry with project management experience is an asset
- Team Player and flexible to cope with fast changing atmosphere
- Strong relationship management skills with a drive to deliver top quality solutions, and ability to build and manage successful relationships with counterparts
- Knowledge in Customer Due Diligence will be an advantage
- Knowledge in PC operations with technical knowledge on SQL, VBA and SPSS will be an advantage
- Good communications skills in Putonghua and written skills in Chinese
