Business Analyst Banking & Financial Services / Insurance (Multiple Openings)
We are hiring experienced Business Analysts for multiple roles across Banking & Financial Services domain, supporting large-scale digital transformation and change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specifications
- Perform gap analysis and process mapping (As-Is / To-Be)
- Support Agile delivery including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT
- Work closely with technology teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Drive end-to-end change lifecycle from requirements to deployment
- Ensure strong stakeholder communication and alignment
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in Banking / Financial Services domain (BFSI)
- Hands-on experience in Agile (Scrum) delivery
- Expertise in requirements documentation (BRD/FRD/User Stories)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and process modelling tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Domain Exposure (Any of the below)
- Retail / Corporate Banking
- Payments / Cards
- Lending / Loans / Mortgages
- Transaction Banking
- Wealth / Private Banking
- KYC / AML / Onboarding
- Fraud & Collections
- Insurance
Good to Have
- Experience in Digital Transformation / Customer Journey initiatives
- Exposure to API integrations, automation, or data analysis
- Experience working with global banking clients
Location & Other Details
- Location: Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Gurugram
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
