Purpose Of the Role: To provide timely financial and operational reporting, KPI analysis, budgeting and business planning support, enabling the General Manager and department heads to make informed decisions, monitor action plans and improve branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

• You are a business partner acting as an advisor and source of ideas for all levels of management at the local site.
• You act as a navigator: analysing logistics processes, identifying weaknesses, and implementing improvement measures.
• Dynamic times require agile professionals: using performance reports, benchmarks, and KPIs to support local management in both operational and strategic decision-making.
• You analyse customer offers to ensure customer needs and requirements are met.
• You are responsible for analysing, preparing, and reporting monthly results, annual budgets, and forecasts.
• You actively drive improvement initiatives, support implementation with operational teams, and ensure measurable results.
• You facilitate meetings, confidently present results, and effectively influence even demanding stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Experience in transport and logistics is desirable.
• Educated to degree level in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a similar field (desirable)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to take responsibility for resolving issues.
• Ability to build close professional relationships.
• Ability to work on own initiative and adapt priorities to operational issues.
• Highly adaptable with excellent analytical skills.
