Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform (ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA) to gather business requirements, support PLM implementations, and drive platform enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, PLM integrations, BOM management, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder collaboration.
Required Skill
- Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE Platform (ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA)
- Strong expertise in requirement elicitation, business analysis, and functional/system requirements
- Experience with EBOM/MBOM, Configuration Management, and Change Management
- Knowledge of PLM integrations, workflow design, and data models
- Experience with gap analysis, solution design, and platform upgrades/migrations
- Familiarity with JPO, MQL, UI3, API, and PLM customization
- Experience supporting Agile/Scrum projects, SIT/UAT, and stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Define business workflows, BOM structures, and PLM integration requirements.
- Perform gap analysis for platform upgrades and migration projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams on solution design and configuration.
- Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
- Coordinate SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, and business sign-off.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful PLM implementation.
