Business Analyst

About This Role

This Business Analyst role involves leading idea generation, development, and implementation, providing strategic leadership, overseeing project execution, and modifying business processes for use across various departments. The successful candidate will ensure successful delivery aligned with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes
• Define, manage, and control project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Identify, communicate, and liaise with key stakeholders and between various business departments
• Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs and financial reports, using data analytics tools
• Develop and execute comprehensive risk management and mitigation strategies to proactively address project challenges
• Monitor project performance, maintain accurate project documentation, and provide regular status updates to leadership
• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
• Apply advanced project management methodologies and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead cross-functional teams while fostering collaboration and accountability
• Mentor and coach project team members, promoting professional development and project management excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 to 15 years of progressive project management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, tools, and software
• Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in dynamic environments
