Building Material / Hardware - Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with electric motor manufacturers, motor repair companies, electrical contractors, distributors, and industrial customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Promote and sell materials used in electric motor manufacturing and repair, including:
• Enamelled copper wire
• Electrical steel / silicon steel laminations
• Insulation paper and films
• Varnish and insulating resins
• Epoxy and other insulating materials
• Sleeves, tapes, wedges and insulating tubes
• Bearings, shafts and other motor components
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Develop distributor and dealer networks where required.
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong business relationships.
• Coordinate with technical, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer databases, and sales forecasts.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
