Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met consistently
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Supervise daily operations including inventory control, food safety management, and kitchen workflow
- Train new staff members on food handling, safety procedures, and restaurant protocols
- Monitor shift performance, address issues promptly, and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Assist with managing budgets, profit and loss analysis, and overall restaurant management tasks
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food preparation skills
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Excellent leadership abilities in supervising teams, training staff, and managing hospitality teams
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and food industry best practices
- Effective communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, staff training, and customer service
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations swiftly
- Experience in managing kitchen operations, catering or banquet services is a plus
