Budget & Planning Specialist - Financial Planning & Analysis, SPX Express

Job Description

• Drive the formulation of comprehensive overall financial and budget projections for SPX Express to support strategic business decisions within the defined project period.
• Analyze and monitor logistics-specific revenue structures and driver expense frameworks to identify cost-optimization milestones during the project period.
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to execute deep-dive analytical studies and execute project-based strategy implementations.
• Evaluate and deliver high-quality, ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic support on critical, high-priority project initiatives.
• Conduct detailed peer benchmarking and analyze competitor annual reports alongside public information to identify global best practices and deliver strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a quantitative-based major (such as Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics).
• Has 0 to 5 years of professional track record in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), strategy & analytics, management consulting, or investment banking (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Prior working background in start-ups, logistics, e-commerce platforms, or Fortune 500 companies is highly advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in data management, complex financial modeling, and Excel spreadsheet engineering.
• Exceptional analytical thinking with a highly structured approach to breaking down complex business challenges.
• Proven ability to drive data-driven decision-making processes under tight deadlines.
• Strong collaborative spirit with the ability to manage and influence diverse cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
