- 作为电池电芯和模组质量BTV的主要负责人，负责项目质量规划、控制和放行
- 支持确保项目按时执行，达成给定的汽车项目里程碑
- 负责在跨职能和跨部门层面跟踪、实施、优化和监控项目进展
- 支持与中国和德国利益相关方共同创建、优化和维护流程
- 通过完成假设检验、正态分布和过程能力分析测试来分析数据
- 通过识别与制造过程相关的统计方法来确定质量改进参数
- 支持管理和协调内外部利益相关方（如大众集团和供应商）
- 通过参加教育培训、阅读专业出版物、建立个人网络和标杆管理来保持专业技术知识
- 与采购、研发、生产、售后等所有相关方进行责任划分
- 负责总结项目经验教训并进行内部传递 任职资格： 学历：电化学、化学、汽车、电气或相关专业本科及以上学历 工作经验：至少5年汽车质量领域工作经验（质量保证、供应商质量管理、质量管理、审核），对零部件或功能的深厚技术背景和专业知识 知识、技能及其他：
- 出色的口头和书面沟通能力，协调能力和决断能力
- 规划（项目管理）能力，注重细节
- 积极主动，有学习意愿
