Role Purpose
The Broker Sales Administrator provides critical administrative and operational support to the Broker Sales Team. The incumbent is responsible for accurately and efficiently converting broker requests into insurance quotations using internal systems while maintaining high service, quality, and productivity standards. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, collaboration, accountability, and a client-centric approach that aligns with Momentum Insure's culture of delivering unreasonable excellence
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent qualification (essential).
- Minimum of six months' experience in a call centre, client service, administration, or related environment (advantageous).
- Previous insurance or financial services experience will be advantageous.
- Exposure to broker support and quotation administration environments will be advantageous.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities The Broker Sales Administrator will be responsible for converting broker-generated leads into accurate and competitive quotations while meeting agreed performance standards, including but not limited to:
- Achieve monthly quote productivity targets.
- Achieve conversion and API targets.
- Maintain complaint ratios within agreed thresholds.
- Consistently achieve required quality and accuracy standards.
- Deliver within agreed service levels and turnaround times.
- Process quotation requests accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all interactions support a positive client and broker experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
