Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their breakfast experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions
- Serve food, beverages, and specialty drinks including cocktails and spirits with professionalism and flair
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments via POS systems, and provide correct change or receipts
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff in delivering quality dishes promptly
Experience
- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining exposure
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy weekend mornings
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and ensure a positive dining experience
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions
- Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards in the food industry

Pay: $12.00 per hour
