Brand Strategist

About This Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a gourmet food brand from its early stages, working directly with the founder. The Brand Strategist will lead the strategic thinking behind the brand's rebrand and future initiatives, bringing a fresh perspective to campaigns, product launches, and content.

Responsibilities

• Shape the brand's rebrand and long-term brand strategy, working closely with the founder
• Lead the thinking behind campaigns, product launches, content, and collaborations
• Work with designers, creators, and agencies to take ideas from concept to execution
• Keep the brand's visual and communication language consistent everywhere it appears
• Bring fresh ideas drawn from consumers, culture, and trends

Requirements

• 5+ years in brand strategy, creative strategy, or marketing
• Strong critical and creative thinking
• A strong creative point of view and great taste
• Strong storytelling and communication skills
• Experience working with or managing creative or marketing teams
• A real interest in brands, food, culture, and consumer behavior
• Comfort with AI and new creative tools

Nice to have:

• FMCG, food, or D2C experience

Important Details

• Work format: on-site for the first six months, with hybrid working considered after that
• Start date: immediate joining preferred
