About This Role
This role is for a creative and innovative brand strategist who is driven to rethink approaches and challenge the status quo in developing unique ideas. The ideal candidate will have the courage to push boundaries and consistently keep the brand and its spheres of influence in mind when implementing products and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Think strategically and approach projects from a brand perspective
- Develop creative guiding ideas, strong visions, and unique, media-independent solutions that sustainably shape brands, products, and companies
- Accompany projects from the initial idea to final implementation, ensuring that concept, branding, and execution come together at the highest level
- Act as a sparring partner for clients and take responsibility in pitches, presentations, and workshops
- Inspire teams from design, concept, strategy, and implementation, ensuring a clear, creative signature
- Collaborate with clients' marketing and sales teams on the development of communication strategies and plans, and the analysis of business results and opportunities
Requirements
- Several years of experience in brand development, conception, or strategic communication
- Confident in handling brand models, positioning processes, spheres of influence, and target group analyses
- Strong ability to articulate complex issues clearly and convincingly
- Solid experience in leading digital and analog branding projects
- Confident in dealing with clients and enthusiastic about presenting ideas
- Team-oriented, communicative personality with a demand for design quality
