Brand Rep - Audits, Merchandising and Quality Control

About This Role

Working as an independent contractor, you will act as a key liaison between a leading wireless and connectivity brand and its retail store environments. This role involves conducting recurring in-store visits to perform audits, ensure product quality, and elevate the brand experience. It is a highly flexible, supplemental income opportunity with immediate start dates available upon certification.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions
• Begin each initial visit with an audit, move into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transition into visual merchandising as the year progresses
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos

Requirements

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+)
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting

Important Details

• Schedule: Store visits scheduled twice per month, one hour per visit (total store count/monthly hours will vary by market)
• Employment type: Freelance / Independent Contractor (1099)
