About the Role
We are seeking a Brand Experience Operations Manager to support a high-performing Retail Brand Experience team responsible for bringing brand stories, product innovations, and guest experiences to life across retail environments.
This role sits at the intersection of retail design, store development, brand experience, and operations. You will drive complex initiatives from concept through execution, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate combines strong program management experience with a background in retail design, interior design, store development, or visual merchandising. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and ambiguity is common.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate large-scale retail brand experience initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Partner closely with Store Development, Brand Experience, Creative, Marketing, Operations, and external vendors.
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Support projects related to store environments, signage, fixtures, hardware installations, merchandising concepts, and guest experience enhancements.
- Facilitate leadership reviews, working sessions, stakeholder meetings, and project updates.
- Develop meeting agendas, capture decisions and action items, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Identify risks proactively and develop contingency plans to keep initiatives on track.
- Support research, concept development, prototyping, testing, and implementation of future retail experience innovations.
- Translate guest insights, market research, and feedback into operational recommendations and project plans.
- Create scalable processes, workflows, and operational frameworks to improve team efficiency and execution.
- Manage multiple concurrent programs while maintaining strong attention to detail and stakeholder alignment.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of project or program management experience.
- Experience in retail brand experience, visual merchandising, store operations, marketing operations, or experiential marketing.
- Proven success managing complex cross-functional programs from planning through execution.
- Strong understanding of retail environments and the development lifecycle of physical store experiences.
- Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders, creative teams, vendors, and operational partners.
- Exceptional project planning, timeline management, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive projects forward independently.
- High attention to detail with strong documentation, note-taking, and project tracking skills.

- Strong process improvement and operational excellence mindset.
- Experience building workflows, automating processes, and creating scalable operational solutions.
- Resource planning, budget tracking, and reporting experience.
- Familiarity with omnichannel retail environments, including stores, e-commerce, and events.
- PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications.
