About This Role
This role involves leading brand-building initiatives for Best Mart 360 and FoodVille, focusing on brand positioning, communication strategies, and integrated marketing efforts. It suits a proactive individual with strong project management skills and a creative mindset, preferably with experience in retail or FMCG.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive Best Mart 360 and FoodVille brand building initiatives
- Own brand positioning and communication strategies to drive differentiation with competitors
- Collaborate closely with internal promotion, digital, social media, and CRM teams to plan and execute effective integrated communications
- Drive brand awareness, positioning, and engagement to achieve business objectives
- Plan and execute flawless execution of brand building initiatives, involving internal collaborations and managing external agencies and partners
- Manage current and future own brands
- Develop integrated marketing and packaging
- Work with Purchasing in launching new products that align with the own brands
- Plan and organize events, CSR, and joint promotions with third-party collaborations
- Monitor brand activity performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights when required
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, or business-related disciplines
- 5-6 years
- experience in Marketing and Brand Management, preferably in Retail or FMCG industry
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Brand Manager
- Hands-on experience in brand building, product marketing, and packaging development is highly preferred
- Proactive, strong project management, organization skills with excellent analytical mindset and communications skills
