A leading luxury retail company is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to oversee brand performance, commercial activities, and boutique operations in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall brand performance, sales, and commercial growth across boutiques.
- Analyse sales performance, conversion, client acquisition, inventory, and key business KPIs.
- Develop business plans, sales forecasts, performance targets, and action plans.
- Monitor pricing, product mix, stock allocation, and inventory performance.
- Oversee boutique operations, SOP compliance, customer experience, service standards, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with brand principals and internal teams on store openings, renovations, events, product launches, and training.
- Monitor market trends, opportunities, and business risks, providing recommendations to management.
- Act as a key liaison between brand principals, management, and operations teams to ensure effective brand governance and execution.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant experience , preferably in luxury retail, watches, or premium retail.
- Strong experience in retail operations and commercial management .
- Strong analytical, presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with strong business judgement and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
