About the role

  • Following our brand launch at GTC, we are looking for a Brand Designer to help define and scale the next chapter of Crusoe’s visual identity. You are a multidisciplinary designer who lives at the intersection of typography, layout, and modern digital design.

  • In this role, you won’t just be following a style guide—you’ll be helping build it. You’ll work closely with Kasia and the broader Creative team to produce world-class design work that communicates our mission to provide sustainable, high-performance compute for the AI era.

  • Visual Systems: Evolve and maintain Crusoe’s brand identity system, ensuring consistency across all platforms (web, social, events, and internal comms).

  • Creative Campaign Execution: Conceptualize and design high-impact marketing assets for product launches, major industry events (like GTC), and digital campaigns.

  • Editorial & Layout: Design deep-dive white papers, technical reports, and presentations that make complex energy and AI concepts visually digestible.

  • Digital & Web Design: Collaborate with the engineering team to design landing pages and digital experiences that are as innovative as our infrastructure.

  • Asset Production: Manage the end-to-end design process, from mood-boarding and conceptualization to final production-ready assets.

  • Cross-Functional Support: Act as a design partner to the People, Talent, and Data Science teams to ensure our internal culture is visually aligned with our external brand.

Benefits

  • Health & wellbeing: Comprehensive health benefits designed to support your overall wellness.

  • Time away: Paid time off for vacations, family bonding, and unexpected needs.

  • 401(k) match: Build your financial future with our 401(k) matching program.

  • Mental wellness: Resources and support for your emotional wellbeing and navigating life’s challenges.

Qualifications

  • Portfolio Excellence: A strong portfolio demonstrating a mastery of typography, grid systems, and clean, geometric visual design.

  • Collaborative Spirit: A proactive communicator who enjoys receiving and giving constructive feedback.

  • Experience: 4-6 years of professional design experience, ideally within a high-growth tech environment or a top-tier creative agency.
