Brand Designer

About This Role

This Brand Designer role is for an in-house Creative Producer who will help an AI-native offensive security company create compelling and cinematic marketing content. The position involves producing a variety of media, from short videos to podcast episodes, and working closely with marketing, founders, researchers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Produce content that captures attention, including short videos, launch films, event content, podcast episodes, motion pieces, and campaign assets
• Create founder content and customer stories
• Work directly with marketing, founders, researchers, and customers
• Own the concept, shot list, shoot, edit, and delivery of projects
• Direct shoots or operate as a one-person crew when needed
• Manage freelance teams and AI tools to produce high-quality content efficiently
• Propose creative ideas and determine necessary resources and timelines for execution

Requirements

• Portfolio that demonstrates strong creative capabilities
• 3-5 years of career experience
• At least 2 years of experience as a Brand Designer
• Ability to operate cameras, direct talent, edit, and finish work independently
• Experience using AI tools in production and informed opinions on their effectiveness
• Ability to engage with technical details when beneficial and step back when not
• Openness to unconventional ideas and resourcefulness in bringing them to fruition
• Willingness to learn cybersecurity concepts quickly
