Brand Designer

About This Role

This role involves creating engaging designs for digital content, marketing emails, print materials, PR events, and website/product design projects. The Brand Designer will be part of a growing brand and will see their immediate impact and results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute designs based on creative briefs, from initial exploration to final delivery
• Create marketing materials across channels, including digital campaigns, social content, and product launches
• Design engaging marketing emails that balance brand expression, clear messaging, and conversion goals
• Develop print materials and branded assets for PR events and other brand activations
• Contribute to website and product design tasks, including landing pages, product pages, and UX/UI updates
• Use AI tools regularly to generate and refine images, explore creative directions, and make design processes more efficient
• Collaborate with fellow designers and cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback and maintaining a consistent brand experience

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Brand, Marketing, or Graphic Designer, preferably at an eCommerce or consumer brand
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and polished execution across digital and print
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• A strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, color, and composition
• An understanding of UX/UI principles and how to apply them to eCommerce experiences
• Familiarity with print production and preparing files for print
• Ability to work within creative direction, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in English

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of AI tools for image generation and improving design workflows
