Brand Designer

About This Role

This role is for a strong designer who will help shape and execute the visual identity of MTS and MTS Live, translating ideas into clear, compelling visual work across brand and digital content. You will work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can move quickly, so the ability to execute efficiently while maintaining a high creative standard is important.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute brand design across MTS and MTS Live
• Develop visual assets that maintain a consistent and recognizable brand identity
• Design creative for digital content and other brand needs
• Translate ideas and concepts into polished visual executions
• Work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced production environment
• Collaborate with the broader team to support evolving creative and content needs
• Maintain strong attention to detail and brand consistency while working against tight timelines
• Contribute creative ideas that strengthen the overall MTS visual identity
• Support motion design and animated creative when applicable

Requirements

• Professional experience in brand design, graphic design, or a similar creative role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand and visual design capabilities
• Ability to produce high-quality creative work in a fast-moving environment
• Strong visual judgment, typography, composition, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working on content covering politics, technology, culture, and current events from a range of perspectives
• Able to approach politically sensitive subject matter professionally and without allowing personal viewpoints to interfere with the work
• Comfortable working in an organization that actively covers emerging technologies, including AI
• Motion design experience is preferred but not required
