Role Description The Brand and Sales Growth Director is a full-time, on-site role based at a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Crystal Lake, IL. This role is responsible for developing and executing local brand strategies, driving sales growth, and enhancing guest engagement through community partnerships, marketing campaigns, and in-restaurant experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing sales and traffic trends, planning promotional activities, overseeing local marketing initiatives, and collaborating with the Operator and leadership team to set growth targets and action plans. The Director will guide brand messaging and standards, mentor team members on hospitality and guest experience, and ensure alignment with Chick-fil-A’s values and brand guidelines. This position works closely with operations leaders to support business planning, optimize local market presence, and strengthen long-term guest loyalty.
Qualifications
- Experience in brand strategy, marketing planning, and local store marketing, with a focus on driving sales growth and guest engagement.
- Strong skills in sales analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking, using data to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Proficiency in community outreach, partnership development, and event planning to build meaningful local relationships.
- Leadership abilities to coach and influence team members, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and manage projects from concept to execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the brand professionally in the restaurant and in the community.
- Proven experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or related customer-facing environments is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfort with on-site work, flexible scheduling as business needs require, and commitment to Chick-fil-A’s service-oriented culture and values.
