About the role
The Brand Ambassador is responsible for representing and promoting the company’s brand, products, and services to customers and target audiences. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, engaging with potential customers, supporting marketing initiatives, and creating a positive brand experience across various channels and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and promote the company’s brand, products, and services in a professional and engaging manner.
- Act as the primary brand representative during events, activations, mall activities, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
- Engage with customers and potential customers to create awareness and generate interest in the brand.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and ongoing campaigns.
- Assist in product demonstrations, sampling activities, and other promotional initiatives.
- Support the execution of brand activations and marketing campaigns to achieve awareness and engagement objectives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and event organizers.
- Gather customer feedback, insights, and market observations and relay them to the marketing or sales team.
- Assist in generating leads and supporting sales activities when required.
- Ensure that all brand materials, displays, and promotional areas are properly presented and maintained.
- Monitor customer interactions and identify opportunities to improve brand engagement.
- Participate in social media or digital campaigns, including content creation and online brand engagement when required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and consistently adhere to company branding and communication standards.
- Prepare basic activity reports, attendance records, lead reports, and other campaign-related documentation.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- With experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promodiser, Sales Promoter, Events Staff, Marketing Staff, or Customer Engagement Representative is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Confident, approachable, and comfortable interacting with different types of customers.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills.
- Able to effectively explain and promote products or services.
- Willing to work during weekends, holidays, and extended hours depending on campaign requirements.
- Willing to travel or be assigned to different locations for events and activations.
- Highly energetic, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus.
