Join Anytime Fitness as a Brand Ambassador and become the face of a global fitness brand! Your role is more than just promoting the gym—you’ll connect with people, create meaningful relationships, generate leads, and help more individuals start their fitness journey.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
*Represent the Anytime Fitness brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
*Generate new leads through community outreach, partnerships, events, and promotions
*Promote gym memberships and Personal Training services
*Engage with potential members and convert leads into memberships
*Build strong relationships with members and prospects
*Handle inquiries and provide an exceptional customer experience
*Support local marketing campaigns, events, and social media promotions
*Achieve monthly sales and performance targets
*Help create a welcoming, energetic, and motivating club environment
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
* Bachelor's/College degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred
* 1–2 years of sales experience is an advantage
*Background in fitness or BPO is a strong plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Confident, presentable, energetic, and customer-focused
*Strong sales and relationship-building skills
*Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
*Comfortable working with sales targets
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
*Passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping people
