Job Title: Branch Business Manager
Department: Small Ticket Lap product (7 lakhs to 50 lakhs).
**Job Description -**The Branch Business Manager will lead a team of Relationship Managers and drive business through DSA and direct sourcing channels, while building a strong local market presence and ensuring adherence to the organization's credit, risk, compliance, and operational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch-level business sourcing, login, sanction, disbursement, and yield targets for Small Ticket LAP products.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 6 Relationship Managers to achieve defined productivity and business benchmarks.
- Build and strengthen business sourcing channels through DSAs, connectors, referral partners, and direct customer acquisition.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities to expand the Small Ticket LAP portfolio in the assigned geography.
- Ensure high-quality sourcing in line with defined credit policies, underwriting norms, and risk parameters.
- Monitor the complete loan lifecycle, including sourcing, login, credit evaluation, sanction, documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursement servicing.
- Work closely with credit, operations, legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure faster turnaround time and a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor team productivity, conversion ratios, disbursement performance, yield, portfolio quality, and other key business metrics.
- Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, market mapping, and performance reviews with Relationship Managers and channel partners.
- Manage branch profitability through efficient resource utilization, cost control, and process discipline.
- Build strong relationships with key DSAs, channel partners, customers, and local market influencers.
- Conduct regular team reviews, coaching, and capability-building initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and overall performance.
