Standard Bank PLC is looking for Branch Manager (SEO to EVP)

Job Description / Responsibility

• The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the AD branchs operations/ Non- AD branchs operations. This includes managing and leading a team of employees, setting performance goals, providing guidance and support, and ensuring efficient and effective branch operations.
• Achieve business budget - assets, liabilities, and other targets of the branch as set by Head Office.
• Oversee all operations and service aspects of the branch, i.e., product promotion, client service, branch administration, human resources management, etc.
• Maintain branch service standard and strive to improve it.
• Ensure all reporting is done complying with all regulatory compliance and timely manner.
• Proper distribution of work among branch employees through well-defined tasks and responsibilities, and ensure that the right people are placed in the right positions.
• Any other work/responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or the Management of the Bank.

Educational Requirements

• Masters
• Skills Required: Branch Management, Manager

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Banks

Additional Requirements

• We are seeking potential Branch Manager for placement in Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Sylhet, and Barisal Divisions.
• Candidates having a break in services need not apply
• Sound knowledge of MS Package - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Must be a confident communicator and presenter.
• Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships.
• Possess the ability to keep information confidential.
• Should have a wide degree of creativity.
