Friends Corporation, a prominent retailer in Electronics and Home Appliances, invites experienced Branch Managers to lead our Islamabad and Rawalpindi outlets. This full-time role demands a dynamic leader responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, managing staff, and ensuring strict compliance with company standards. The successful candidate manages a team of 15 employees, fostering a motivated and disciplined work environment aimed at delivering outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
As Branch Manager, you will spearhead initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining optimal inventory control, accurate cash handling, and impeccable store presentation. You will be essential in enforcing staff discipline, enhancing customer satisfaction, and strengthening the branch's reputation through effective business development and the successful management of our Customer Loyalty Program. This leadership position requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills combined with a customer-centric approach and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch operations to achieve 100% monthly sales targets and product-specific sales goals.
- Supervise accurate cash handling processes and conduct regular cash audits to ensure financial integrity.
- Oversee warehouse management functions and perform periodic stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Enforce staff discipline, monitor attendance, and uphold professional dress codes to maintain a professional work environment.
- Ensure proper implementation of promotional campaigns and accuracy in pricing and price tagging.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising compliance according to the display matrix.
- Exercise strong leadership by providing clear direction, motivation, and control over branch staff.
- Ensure full adherence to company policies, procedures, and Head Office directives.
- Promote a positive customer experience that encourages excellent reviews on platforms such as Google.
- Manage and expand the Customer Loyalty Program (BFF) to enhance customer retention and engagement.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Safeguard and maintain fixed assets at the branch to protect company resources.
- Collaborate with regional management to plan and execute business development strategies aimed at market expansion.
