About the role
Comfort Keepers is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the performance and day-to-day operations of our homecare services in Ennis Co. Clare.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Leading, supporting and developing the branch team.
- Ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred homecare.
- Driving performance across quality, growth and operational KPIs.
- Overseeing staffing capacity, scheduling and continuity of care.
- Managing client service and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Ensuring high standards of quality, compliance and safeguarding.
- Driving continuous improvement and sustainable growth across the branch.
What You'll Need
- Minimum Level 7 BA degree in a Nursing, Social Care, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' people management experience.
- Strong operational leadership and commercial experience.
- Proven ability to manage performance and deliver results.
- Excellent communication, decision-making and relationship-building skills.
- Full clean driving licence and access to own transport.
- Homecare, healthcare or social care management experience is highly desirable.
