- Menangani dan menginvestigasi selisih kas atau incident operasional
- Koordinasi dengan tim operasional, transport, CPC, dan command center
- Memastikan SLA layanan dan operasional cabang tercapai
- Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan terkait cash management cabang
- Melakukan monitoring performa operasional dan efektivitas proses cabang
- Memberikan arahan dan pengawasan kepada tim operasional cabang
- Mendukung audit internal maupun eksternal terkait operasional cash management
