About the role
We are looking for a Sales Trainer to deliver new hire and ongoing sales training programs. Y our main goal is to improve team performance through effective coaching, skill development, and engaging training sessions. You will help build strong sales capability by developing curriculum, enhancing training materials, and partnering with key teams to drive business outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver new hire and ongoing sales training programs
- Support onboarding and continuous development for sales teams.
- Ensure training sessions are clear, engaging, and practical.
- Develop and enhance curriculum and training materials
- Create and update training content to support learning needs.
- Improve materials based on performance gaps and feedback.
- Support performance improvement initiatives through coaching and skill development
- Coach team members to strengthen sales skills and confidence.
- Help improve performance through targeted development plans.
- Partner closely with Operations and Quality teams to drive performance outcomes
- Work with internal teams to align training with business goals.
- Support consistent quality and performance standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- minimum of 3 years of experience as a Trainer in a BPO setting.
- Must have experience training - upselling and cross selling!
- Experience as a product trainer is preferred.
- Ideally someone with tech background
- B2B experience is highlight preferred.
- Must have hands-on experience in a sales-related role.
- Should have experience leading learning sessions or coaching others.
- Strong sales acumen and facilitation skills.
- Amenable to working night shift.
- Amenable to working fully onsite in Bridgetowne .
