（バックオフィス事務）
＊大手企業のお客様向けの管理部門の事務業務を担うBPOプロジェクトで、メンバーとして分担された業務をチーム制で担当いただきます
【共通】 Excel/専用システムでの集計業務、マニュアル作成・更新、問い合わせ対応（原則電話対応なし）
【人事】 社宅管理、伝票処理 、休職・退職・転籍手続き、社会保険手続き、発令登録、証明書発行、
給与/交通費/退職金計算、勤怠管理 など
【経理】 連結決算や精算表・開示資料等の作成、固定資産/売掛/買掛/振替、請求や振替等のデータ作成や
登録、債務・債権の計上、経費精算 など
【購買】 購買先への見積依頼、発注処理、発注管理、検収管理、請求処理、マスター登録、
システム障害受付/保守チームへのエスカレーション など
各メンバーが担当する業務は、それぞれの経験・スキルに応じ決定します
業務ルールとプロセスに基づいて作成された手順書に沿って、各ステップを実行することが主な役割です

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to Procurement Processes: Familiarity with procurement data management, transaction-flow, and reporting, including ordering and receiving services.
- Experience Working with Vendor Management: Knowledge of vendor engagement and contracting processes, including product research, cost analysis, and inventory control.
- Understanding of Transactional Systems: Exposure to systems used for conducting daily process transactions, such as procurement software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Basic Knowledge of Supply Chain Activities: Familiarity with purchasing and supply chain activities, including contract negotiation and supplier evaluation.
- Experience with Data Analysis: Exposure to analyzing data to identify areas for process and operational improvements.
