Boutique Assistant Internship

About This Role

This internship offers a passionate and professional individual the opportunity to join a world-leading luxury Maison in Jewelry and Watches. The intern will act as an ambassador, welcoming clients, managing their waiting time, and supporting sales associates with various tasks and daily boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients upon their arrival in the boutique
• Support in managing waiting time, providing information and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique, and making sure clients are being taken care of
• Assist the team throughout sales, managing gift wrapping and discreetly assisting with various tasks as needed
• Assist the team with client services, such as executing quick services as needed (cordon change, etc.)
• Support in ensuring the boutique’s environment is impeccable and assisting with the boutique’s daily set up and break down for opening/closing
• Support in handling the daily replenishment of selling floor supplies such as shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, stationery, wrapping paper, and client beverages as necessary to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English; any other language is a plus
• Strong customer focus and team spirit
• Passion for luxury and the Maison
