Bookkeeping for the company requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of financial concepts and experience with various accounting software. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with corporate accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records using Quickbooks
• Perform general ledger accounting tasks
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable duties
• Utilize technical accounting skills to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Conduct double-entry bookkeeping to maintain financial records
• Process debits and credits accurately
• Assist with corporate accounting tasks as needed

Requirements

• Proficiency in Quickbooks
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles
• Knowledge of financial concepts and practices
• Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Ability to perform 10-key typing accurately
• Familiarity with double-entry bookkeeping methods
