Responsibilities

• Manage daily full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Enter and maintain high volumes of financial transactions in QuickBooks
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and payments
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Review transactions, research discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
• Organize supporting documentation and ensure financial data is complete and accurate

Requirements

• 3+ years of full cycle accounting experience
• Hands-on proficiency with QuickBooks
• Experience managing full-cycle accounting or full-charge bookkeeping
• Comfort working with high volumes of data entry while maintaining accuracy
