Opportunity Overview
The Judge Group is seeking a fellowship-trained Body Imaging (Abdominal Imaging) Radiologist to join a premier, physician-owned and physician-managed private radiology practice.
Due to continued clinical growth, the practice is expanding from approximately 25 radiologists to 30 physicians. The group offers cutting-edge imaging technology, highly streamlined workflows, robust internal subspecialty support, and a collaborative governance structure where every physician has a direct voice in the organization's direction.
This role can be tailored to fit your lifestyle, offering options for on-site , hybrid (2–5 days/week on-site in New Mexico), or 100% fully remote arrangements. *Only those living in New Mexico will be able to participate in Partnership opportunities.
The workload is heavily centered on advanced Body and Oncology Imaging, with complex subspecialty studies routed internally to designated specialists.
Position Highlights & Work-Life Balance
- Clinical Focus: Advanced Body & Oncology Imaging (MRI, PET/CT, CT, Ultrasound, Prostate MRI, and limited X-ray).
- Schedule: Predictable outpatient-focused schedule with no call, no weekends, and no evenings .
- Worksite Flexibility: Choose between full remote, hybrid, or on-site practice in New Mexico. Only those living in New Mexico will be offered the Partnership opportunity.
- Productivity: Manageable workload with target expectations of approximately 60–70 wRVUs per day .
- Supportive Environment: High-end oncology cases are supported by internal subspecialty routing; minimal travel required for on-site radiologists, distributed equitably across the group.
Compensation, Partnership & Benefits
- Starting Salary: $425,000+ base salary depending on experience.
- Partnership Path for those living in New Mexico: Accelerated 2-year partnership track with long-term income potential approaching the 90th percentile .
- Relocation Support: Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance for candidates moving to New Mexico.

Qualifications & Candidate Profile
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Radiology.
- Fellowship training in Body Imaging / Abdominal Imaging required.
- Active New Mexico medical license (or eligible to obtain).
- Strong clinical proficiency in advanced Body Imaging modalities; prior experience or interest in oncology imaging preferred.
- Desire to thrive in an autonomous, physician-led private practice environment with long-term equity goals.
