About the role

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Richmond, Virginia Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Setting: In-Home, School, & Community-Based Services Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and community environments as appropriate.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Implement, monitor, and modify treatment plans based on client progress and clinical data.
  • Collect, review, and analyze behavioral data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to caregivers and direct-care staff.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, RBTs, and other members of the care team.
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven clinical recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records.
  • Ensure documentation meets applicable clinical, regulatory, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
  • Support clients and families using a compassionate, individualized, and solution-focused approach.

Qualifications Required

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility to work across home, school, and community environments.
  • Compassionate, patient, and client-centered approach.

Preferred

  • Experience working with children or individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental/behavioral diagnoses.
  • Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
  • Experience providing caregiver and staff training.
  • Experience working in home-based or community-based ABA services.
