Location: Phoenix, AZ – In-Person
Salary: $90,000–$105,000 annually, based on experience + potential bonuses
Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 total – paid as $10,000 per year for the first 3 years of employment
Billable Requirement: 25 hours per week
Required: Active BCBA Certification + Arizona LBA License\
About The Opportunity Our client is a BCBA-led Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy center providing individualized, evidence-based services to children with developmental delays and disabilities.
The organization focuses on helping children ages 2–10 develop communication, social, and daily living skills through personalized 1:1 treatment plans, family involvement, and a supportive, child-focused environment.
They are seeking an in-person Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage a caseload, supervise clinical staff, and provide caregiver support. This salaried position offers flexibility and autonomy within a collaborative clinical environment focused on ethical, high-quality care and measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Manage a clinical caseload while maintaining 25 billable hours per week
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies based on measurable outcomes
- Supervise and support mid-tier interns, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
- Lead caregiver training sessions to support skill development beyond the clinical setting
- Collaborate with families to promote meaningful progress and greater independence
- Participate in clinical meetings, team huddles, and collaborative treatment discussions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure services and documentation meet applicable clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Build positive relationships with clients, caregivers, and members of the clinical team
What You'll Bring
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to independently manage clinical responsibilities while remaining collaborative and team-oriented
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practices
- Focus on measurable outcomes and meaningful client progress
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, caregivers, and clinical staff
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience providing ABA services in an in-person clinical environment
- Experience supervising RBTs, BTs, or clinical interns
- Experience conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Caregiver training and family support experience
